What is RizzPhoto?

RizzPhoto turns your own selfies into polished dating-profile photos. You upload a few good, varied selfies and the app generates a batch of photos of the same person — you — with better lighting, backgrounds, and outfits. The goal is your real best look, not an idealized stranger, so the results still look like you and hold up on dating apps.

How much does RizzPhoto cost?

RizzPhoto is free to download. Generating photos uses credits, which you buy as photo packs (for example, a 1-generation pack or a 10-generation pack). Each generation produces several photos for one credit. Our other AI features are unlocked with an optional Pro subscription. Pricing is always shown in the app at the time of purchase.

Do you store my selfies?

No. RizzPhoto does not use an account system and does not store your selfies on our servers. Your photos are sent directly from your device to our AI provider (Google) to generate your results, and are not retained by us afterward. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Will the photos pass dating-app face verification?

RizzPhoto is designed to preserve your identity so the results still recognizably look like you. We cannot guarantee the outcome of any third-party verification system, because those systems are outside our control and change over time.

Can I cancel my Pro subscription?

Yes. You can cancel at any time through the App Store: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > RizzPhoto > Cancel Subscription. You keep access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

What is your refund policy?

Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store, and refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policies. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support. If a generation fails, credits reserved for photos that were not delivered are automatically returned to your balance. You can also email us at info@cognifyresearch.com and we will do our best to help.

Is my data private and secure?

Yes. Your selfies are transmitted securely and processed only to generate your photos — we do not sell your personal data and we do not use your face to identify you. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Will my payment appear as RizzPhoto on my statement?

Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Your statement will show the charge from Apple, typically appearing as "APPLE.COM/BILL" or similar. The exact wording may vary depending on your bank and region.

Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of RizzPhoto (the "App" or "Service"), including our mobile applications and related services. The Service is operated by COGNİFY RESEARCH TEKNOLOJİ YAZILIM VE DANIŞMANLIK TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ("COGNİFY RESEARCH", "RizzPhoto", "Company", "we", "us", "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the RizzPhoto mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cognify Research Teknoloji Yazılım ve Danışmanlık Ticaret Anonim Şirketi ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

RizzPhoto is an AI-powered application that generates dating-profile photos from selfies you provide. Its features include:

  • Generating polished profile photos from your uploaded selfies while preserving your likeness
  • AI assistance for dating-profile guidance, such as profile analysis, bio and prompt suggestions, and coaching
  • Tools to review, save, and manage the photos you generate

The App does not require you to create an account. Your use is associated with your device and Apple ID.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. The App is intended to help adults with online dating and is not directed to children.

4. Your Photos and the Rights You Grant

You retain ownership of the selfies you upload and the photos the App generates for you. To provide the service, you grant us and our AI provider a limited license to process your uploaded images solely to generate your results and deliver them to you.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are the person shown in the selfies you upload, or you have the explicit consent of every person shown
  • You have the right to upload and process those images
  • You will not upload images of minors, or images you do not have the right to use

5. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not use the App to:

  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity in a deceptive or unlawful way
  • Create content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that depicts another person without their consent
  • Upload images of anyone who has not consented, or images of minors
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or interfere with the App or its security features
  • Use the App in any way that violates applicable law or the rules of any platform where you share your photos

6. Credits and Subscriptions

Photo generation is paid for with credits, purchased as consumable photo packs. Our additional AI features are unlocked with the optional Pro subscription. By purchasing, you agree that:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • Credits are consumable and are spent when you generate photos; credits reserved for photos that fail to generate are returned to your balance
  • The Pro subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
  • Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate
  • You can manage or cancel a subscription through your App Store account settings

A Pro subscription does not include photo-generation credits, and credits do not grant Pro features. See the Subscription & Credits Policy for details.

7. AI Features Disclaimer

RizzPhoto uses artificial intelligence to generate images and suggestions. AI output is produced automatically and may vary in quality, may not perfectly preserve your likeness, and may occasionally produce unexpected results. AI-generated photos are provided for your personal use in presenting yourself honestly. You are responsible for how you use the photos you generate, and for ensuring your use complies with the terms of any platform on which you share them.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including its design, text, graphics, illustrations, and software — are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except for the photos generated for you, you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including the outcome of any dating interaction or third-party verification. Our total liability for any claims arising from use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

In short: RizzPhoto has no accounts and stores no selfies on our servers. Your photos are sent directly from your device to our AI provider to generate your results, are used only for that purpose, and are not retained by us. We never use your face to identify you, and we never sell your data.

2. Information We Process

Photos You Provide (including facial images)

To generate your results, you upload selfies. These images contain your face, which may be considered biometric or sensitive personal data in some jurisdictions. We process these images solely to generate the photos you request. We do not use them to identify or recognize you, we do not build a face database, and we do not store them on our servers after processing. The images are sent from your device to our AI provider for processing and returned to you as generated photos.

Purchase Information

When you buy credits or a subscription, our payments partner (RevenueCat) and Apple process the transaction and provide us with purchase status and an anonymous app-user identifier so we can deliver what you bought and manage your credit balance. We do not receive or store your card details.

Device and Technical Data

We automatically process limited technical information such as device type, operating system version, app version, language settings, and general usage and diagnostic data used to keep the App working and secure.

Usage Analytics and Crash Reports

We process anonymized analytics about how features are used, and crash and performance diagnostics, to improve the App's stability and experience. This data is not used to identify you personally.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

  • Generate the photos you request from your selfies
  • Provide our AI assistance features, such as profile guidance and suggestions
  • Process purchases, deliver credits, and manage your credit balance
  • Protect the integrity and security of the App and prevent abuse
  • Diagnose problems and improve the App

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We rely on the following service providers to operate the App:

  • AI Image Generation: Google (Gemini models, via Firebase AI Logic). Your uploaded selfies are processed by Google to generate your photos. Your images are sent for this purpose and are not used by us to build any profile of you.
  • App Integrity, Analytics & Diagnostics: Google Firebase (App Check for abuse prevention, Analytics, and Crashlytics).
  • Payments & Subscriptions: RevenueCat and Apple (App Store) for processing purchases and managing entitlements. A server component we operate adjusts your credit balance and never receives your selfies.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and applicable data-protection obligations.

5. Age Requirement

RizzPhoto is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly process personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently processed data from a minor, we will take steps to delete it promptly. You must not upload images of minors.

6. Data Retention and Security

Because RizzPhoto has no account system, we do not maintain a stored profile of you. Uploaded selfies are processed to generate your results and are not retained on our servers afterward. The photos you generate are stored on your device unless you choose to save or share them elsewhere. Data is transmitted using encryption in transit (TLS), and we apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. Because we do not maintain accounts or store your images, some requests may be limited by the fact that we do not hold personal data about you after processing.

8. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your country of residence, including through our service providers. Where data is transferred outside Turkey or the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions, to protect it.

Subscription & Credits Policy

Photo Credits

Generating photos is paid for with credits, purchased as consumable photo packs (for example, a pack that grants 1 generation or a pack that grants 10). One credit covers one generation, and each generation produces several photos. Current pricing is displayed in the App at the time of purchase.

  • Credits are consumable and are spent when you generate photos
  • Credits reserved for photos that fail to generate are automatically returned to your balance, so you are only charged for delivered photos
  • Credits are tied to your usage of the App and are not transferable or redeemable for cash

Pro Subscription

The Pro subscription unlocks our additional AI features. Pro is separate from credits: a subscription does not include photo-generation credits, and credits do not unlock Pro features. Current plans and pricing are displayed in the App at the time of purchase. All prices include applicable taxes where required.

Auto-Renewal

The Pro subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
  • Tap your Apple ID at the top
  • Tap Subscriptions
  • Select RizzPhoto
  • Tap Cancel Subscription

After cancellation, you keep access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly indicated at signup. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Only one free trial may be used per Apple ID.
